cAWS DevOps and CFT Automation Engineer

Desired Experience Range 7-9 years
Location of Requirement Bangalore

As a Developer, you will capture data to translate and transform it into a processing language and build industry specific solutions based on industry needs, manage and upgrade existing applications


Must-Have

• AWS DevOps Engineer with total work experience of 7+ years with minimum 3+ years of working experience in similar role for CI/CD setup of Serverless Platforms
• In-Depth Knowledge and experience of working in automations with CloudFormation Template and AWS DevOps Platforms, with focus on operational support
• Understand Full Development suite including Python, ReactJS, NodeJS and Scripting in AWS
• Infrastructure modelling and design using AWS engineering protocols and principles
• Working knowledge of containerisation, Server admin, scripting and configuration management


Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of Terraform, AWS Code Build and experiences in setting up development build pipelines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of Authentication, Cloud Security and authorization
• Good to have AWS DevOps Engineer or other relevant Certifications
• Adept in diagnosing and troubleshooting infrastructure and applications
• Contribute towards the delivery of both short and longer-term technology roadmaps and define strategies for delivery and maintenance



Responsibility 

• Provide technical oversight and deliver an SME function for the AWS technology stack and operational functions that the DevOps area team is accountable for
• Support the delivery of change across the Platform estate
• Deliver change across multiple works streams, accommodating Agile delivery as wells as major cross-functional change delivered through Waterfall project
• Improve quality of change by use of automation and streamlined processes
• Support applications in all environments (Development, Build, Test/Staging/QA and Live/Production)
• Support the delivery of short and long term strategic change
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate the management of both processes and systems relating to the AWS platform and the hosted applications.
• Delivery of efficient platform monitoring to support the availability of critical systems


Minimum Qualification: 
• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
