Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensured robust compliance and effective financial controls to maintain accuracy and hygiene of books.
  • Managed quarterly advance tax computation and ensured timely and accurate tax payments.
  • Handled Transfer Pricing activities including ALP-based pricing, internal CUP benchmarking, and monthly TP documentation.
  • Prepared and monitored Related Party Transaction (RPT) reports with proper approvals and reconciliations.
  • Supported direct tax audits, including international transfer pricing matters, and ensured audit readiness.
  • Managed scrutiny assessments, notices, and appeals under both Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
  • Maintained comprehensive tax records, documentation, and performed periodic reconciliations for accuracy.
  • Ensured real-time availability and accuracy of financial and tax data for decision-making and compliance.
  • Coordinated with internal teams (ABEX, CATO) and external consultants for return filing, tax payments, and assessments.
  • Led GST and other indirect tax compliances including audits, documentation, and litigation submissions.
  • Leveraged tools like MS Office, SAP, and Power BI to drive automation and improve tax processes and reporting.
  • Acted as a strategic taxation partner, ensuring stakeholder alignment, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement

 

Qualifications

CA Qualified with 8-10 years of experience in Taxation.
