Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end contract management for construction and real estate projects.
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contractor and vendor agreements.
  • Manage the tendering process, including bid evaluation and contractor selection.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Site teams for smooth execution.
  • Track project costs and support budget control initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a database of contractors, vendors, and contract documents.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and management updates related to contracts and procurement activities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • MBA / PGDM in Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 15-20 years of experience in Project Contracts, Procurement, Tendering, and Commercial functions.
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, tender management, commercial negotiations, and project execution.
  • Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal, contractual, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
