Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support restaurant staff during shifts.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper grooming and attendance of team members.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, requisitioning, and stock control of restaurant supplies.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue, payroll, and cost targets.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Assist in training and development of restaurant associates.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and billing accuracy.
