The Key Handover Lead will be responsible for managing and driving the end-to-end Key Handover (KHO) process across projects, ensuring that residential units, infrastructure, and associated services are handed over to customers in accordance with defined quality and readiness standards.


Key Responsibilities

1. Key Handover Management

  • Take overall ownership of the end-to-end Key Handover process across assigned projects.
  • Lead and guide site KHO teams to ensure timely and seamless handover of units 
  • Establish handover readiness criteria, checklists, processes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure units are thoroughly inspected and ready.

2. Zero-Defect Handover

  • Drive the objective of achieving zero-defect handover of units.
  • Establish appropriate quality checkpoints prior to possession/handover.
  • Ensure identified snags and observations are addressed and closed before final handover.
  • Monitor recurring snag issues and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective action.

3. Snagging & Takeover

  • Lead snagging activities for units, common areas, infrastructure, and associated services.
  • Coordinate the takeover of infrastructure and services from project/construction teams.
  • Ensure completeness and operational readiness prior to takeover and customer handover.
  • Track pending observations and facilitate timely closure with concerned stakeholders.

4. Process & Standards

  • Develop and implement standardized KHO processes, SOPs, checklists, and documentation across sites.
  • Ensure adherence to defined handover processes and quality standards by all site KHO teams.
  • Drive consistency in handover practices across projects.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance handover quality and efficiency.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Any)

Experience

  • 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
