· Review of all Branches under supervision on a monthly basis. · Ensure adherence to all branch SLAs and SOPs. · Ensure 100% Statutory and HR compliance of the branches. · Review and close all Branch audits with no major NC |

Facilities and Branch Administration |
· Ensure 100% uptime of branches in the region. · Track ontime vendor payments as per defined SLA · Resolve admin and facilities issues of the branches in region. |

DOP’s |
· Ensure that all SOPs and SLAs are followed as per process in all branches. · Licensing, commission processing and batches are conducted as per laid down processes. |

Pos /Persistency/Claims |
· Ensure adherence to POS and Persistency SLA · Ensure all POS requests are closed as per TAT. · Ensure claims cases gets investigated and decisioned as per laid down SLA. |

Coordinate with HR & Operations Team at the zone to drive compliance at the branches |
· Ensure statutory compliance to all labor laws & local statutory requirements in coordination with Zonal HR across regional branches. · Implement best practices of other branches in all region branches. · Conduct periodic meeting and con call with Operations staff of region. |

· Has to keep the team constantly motivated and optimally performing. Has to manage attrition |

· To conduct structured meetings with all distribution channels. · Close open issues of channel timely and proactively. |
