We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in the Eyecare Retail industry. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations within your designated area, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Manage and mentor a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make informed decisions
Qualifications:
- Masters's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience of 3+ Year in Retail Management, preferably in the Eyecare industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
