Job Purpose
Responsible for leading a team of architects in preparing architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection and finalization of specifications and materials and quantity estimation of the same. This includes co-ordination with multidisciplinary design teams, site team, consultants and vendors as applicable along with resolving inter disciplinary design issues. It also entails liaising with the clients / consultants and ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) | 8+ years of relevant work experience with a portfolio of Pan India or Global projects in architecture, designing and coordination of large public spaces infrastructure Projects like Airports (Preferred), Railway stations , Institutional / Hospitals etc. |
