Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and swiftly resolving problems to ensure seamless system performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple components, maintaining system stability, and supporting business operations through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools and container orchestration platforms.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance using various logging and alerting tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Understanding of cloud environments and their integration with on-premises systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
