Seeking a Senior Consultant - AnyLogic Simulation with 10+ years of experience in building simulation models and digital twins using AnyLogic. The role involves developing data-driven solutions to optimize business and operational performance across industries.
Design and develop simulation models using AnyLogic
Build DES, ABM, Hybrid Simulation, and Digital Twin solutions
Perform scenario analysis, capacity planning, and process optimization
Integrate simulation models with enterprise systems and databases
Validate, calibrate, and optimize model performance
Conduct customer workshops and gather business requirements
Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and simulation best practices guidance
10+ years of hands-on experience with AnyLogic
Expertise in Discrete Event Simulation (DES), Agent-Based Modeling (ABM), Monte Carlo Simulation, and optimization techniques
Strong Java programming and data integration skills
Experience in Digital Twin development
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate business requirements into simulation solutions
Preferred Domain Experience: Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Mining & Metals, Transportation Networks, Asset & Maintenance Optimization
