· Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies in the market. · Optimize and scale AI/ML models for performance and efficiency. · Hands On Experience in AI Concepts –Google ADK, Vertex, Gemini, Azure Open AI, Cloud Vision · Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and leadership abilities. · Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. · Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. · Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras). · Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams. ·About the role |
