PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
· Evaluate current state of business processes, anticipate business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and define future state solutions.
· Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and gather critical information from meetings with various business stakeholders.
· Perform business analysis by utilizing gathered information and synthesizing it to drive business decisions.
· Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Identify and recommend transformation opportunities.
· Prioritize transformation initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
· Create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or other written deliverables.
· Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
· Collaborate with clients, internal Wipro teams & partner ecosystem.
· Serve as a liaison between internal and client stakeholders.
· Manage competing resources and priorities.
· Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
· Keep apprised of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in IT, including RPA and AI to automate and modernize systems.
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
· Excellent working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office PowerPoint & Excel.
· Excellent verbal & written communication with ability to adjust style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
· Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach
· Good presentation skills with strong story telling capabilities.
· Excellent in data analytics & data visualization based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.
· Good in usage of tools used for business and data analysis ex. tools like Visio & PowerBI
· Knowledge of business operations in one of the areas: F&A, HRO, FS Operations
