Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns and workflows using Adobe Campaign and IBM Campaign to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation, targeting logic, and campaign rules aligned to business requirements.
  • Implement and optimize end-to-end digital campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across runs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver reliable campaign solutions.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support for campaign deployments, resolving issues and preventing recurrence.
  • Monitor campaign outputs and platform performance, ensuring data quality, deliverability readiness, and operational stability.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and operational runbooks to support repeatable delivery and audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing existing campaign processes.
