General Description
  • Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Proofing, Passwordless Authentication, and security best practices.
  • Experience in supporting Kosmos-1 platform, user onboarding, and authentication services.
  • Knowledge of biometric verification, FIDO2 authentication, and digital identity lifecycle.
  • Ability to troubleshoot identity proofing, liveness detection, and authentication-related issues.
  • Work closely with L3 teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure secure access management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management skills.

Skill Requirements

Technical Requirements
  • Manage day-to-day Kosmos-1 support operations and ensure platform availability.
  • Resolve L2 incidents, service requests, and authentication issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support Identity Proofing processes including government ID verification and user onboarding workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot biometric verification, liveness detection, and deepfake prevention checks.
  • Support Passwordless authentication using FIDO2 protocols and digital credentials.
  • Investigate login failures, credential binding issues, and authentication workflow errors.
  • Monitor application logs, transaction flows, and platform health to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support integration with enterprise applications, Active Directory, and identity repositories.
  • Assist with user enrollment, credential lifecycle management, and access revocation activities.
  • Support hardware authentication devices such as FIDO-compliant biometric security keys.
  • Ensure compliance with identity assurance and security standards such as NIST-based requirements.
  • Coordinate with L3 teams for defect resolution, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • Create SOPs, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation.
  • Support audit, compliance, and security review activities.
