Job Description

Job Summary

The SCCM Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing client systems within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. The SCCM Administrator ensures adherence to quality standards and continuously seeks to improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Support For Sccm/Sms By Resolving Escalated Tickets And Conducting Root Cause Analysis To Identify And Address Underlying Issues, Ensuring Timely Resolution And Adherence To Sla.
2. Maintain And Manage Client Lifecycle Management Processes Using Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite, Ensuring Efficient Deployment And Management Of Client Devices.
3. Update And Manage The Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Troubleshooting Steps, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Training Materials For Onboarding New Analysts.
4. Train And Coach Junior Analysts On Best Practices And Operational Procedures In Sccm/Sms, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledgeable Support Team.
5. Monitor And Analyze Customer Feedback And Service Metrics To Improve The Overall Customer Experience, Aiming For High Csat Scores Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Sccm/Sms With A Solid Understanding Of Client Lifecycle Management And Directory Services.
2. Familiarity With Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite And Intune For Client Management And Deployment.
3. Strong Analytical Skills For Conducting Root Cause Analysis And Resolving Technical Issues.
4. Excellent Communication Skills For Training And Customer Interactions.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable)
2. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable
