Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MarTech Manager with 8-10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) function and have experience with Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, and Data-Driven Marketing to lead AI-powered marketing transformation initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing technology, and advanced AI driving the design and deployment of next-generation MarTech ecosystems enabled by Generative AI (GenAI).

As a Martech Gen AI manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to define AI-first marketing operating models, architect intelligent MarTech stacks or customer tech stack, and implement autonomous or semi-autonomous marketing workflows across analytics, content supply chain, media optimization, and customer engagement platforms. You will combine deep domain expertise with strategic leadership to deliver measurable business impact, while mentoring teams and owning stakeholder relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead MarTech capability assessments to evaluate platform maturity, operating models, and AI readiness. Develop actionable recommendations to optimize existing stacks through the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Define and operationalize AI-led MarTech transformation strategies, aligning technology investments with business growth objectives, marketing effectiveness goals, and measurable ROI outcomes
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable marketing technology implementations, embedding AI-native capabilities into campaign management, analytics, and content workflows
• Conduct vendor and ecosystem assessments to evaluate MarTech  and Customer Tech stacks on their Generative AI and Agentic AI maturity, extensibility, enterprise integration capabilities, and long-term scalability
• Lead integration of AI agents within enterprise MarTech environments, including Adobe Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless connectivity across data, activation, personalization, and measurement layers.
• Establish responsible AI and privacy-by-design frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA while maintaining governance, explainability, and risk controls across AI-enabled marketing processes
• Mobilize cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, technology, analytics, compliance, legal, and agencies to deliver large-scale marketing transformation programs with strong governance, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives in AI-powered marketing platforms, including proposal development, client workshops, POV creation, and market-facing insights

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expertise in designing and implementing AI-driven marketing workflows, including agentic AI frameworks for autonomous campaign orchestration, budget optimization, continuous experimentation, and real-time customer journey decisioning
• Skilled in Generative AI–enabled marketing, including AI-powered content creation, personalization at scale, and dynamic messaging, with hands-on experience extending Adobe Sensei capabilities or building custom AI agents.
• Strong understanding of marketing operating models, API-based integrations, workflow automation, and AI orchestration to embed intelligent automation across MarTech ecosystems
• Proven experience working in cross-functional global teams, scaling agentic and generative AI capabilities across regions while maintaining governance, compliance, and best practices
• Knowledge of analytics, measurement, and optimization tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Firebase) to enable AI-driven decisioning, attribution, and performance insights

Additional Information:

• Expertise in MarTech and AdTech ecosystems, including data platforms, content management, marketing automation, campaign performance management, personalization, analytics, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Marketing Platform.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing agentic AI–driven workflows, enabling autonomous campaign orchestration, AI-powered content personalization, self-optimizing customer journeys, and real-time performance optimization across channels.
• Skilled in Generative AI applications for marketing, including AI-powered content creation, dynamic messaging, and creative versioning, with experience extending Adobe Sensei or building custom AI agents for enterprise MarTech environments
• Advises stakeholders on AI strategy, adoption roadmaps, governance frameworks, and ROI measurement, translating complex AI capabilities into actionable marketing transformation outcomes.
• Strong consulting, techno-functional, and project management skills, with experience integrating AI agents across MarTech stacks, including APIs and platforms like Ads Data Hub, Google API, and Facebook Conversion API, while scaling AI-enabled marketing operations globally.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
