Educational Qualifications

• Deputy Manager (Technical):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant discipline (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E.) or MBA with specialization in Operations/Infrastructure.
• Assistant Manager (Finance):
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI OR Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI.
  • Alternatively, MBA (Finance) with 60% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, auditing, or taxation.
• Senior Officer (Administration):
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR/General Management OR Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a government or PSU setup.
• Legal Officer (Grade A):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 55% marks from a recognized university.
  • Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • Minimum 3 years of practice in civil/criminal litigation or corporate law.

Nationality
