HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is building Indiaβs first refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra, Barmer, Rajasthan with a capacity of 9 MMTPA. The current recruitment is for the operations phase of the refinery and brings on board engineers, technicians, finance staff, doctors and Plant Heads.
The 129 Regular positions are spread across Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Finance, IS, Fire & Safety and Medical disciplines. Junior Executive β Chemical has the largest count (37), followed by Engineer β Chemical (31). The 5 Fixed Term Employment Plant Head positions are senior subject-matter expert roles for the petrochemical units.

Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwBD (UR): 10 years, PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years, J&K domicile (01.01.1980β31.12.1989): 5 years, Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (subject to rules).
HRRL offers competitive PSU pay matched to grade. The CTC includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA (or company township accommodation), and Cafeteria Allowance ranging from 25% (E0-E2) to 35% (E5) of Basic Pay.
Approximate first-year CTC: E0 around Rs 7-8 lakh, E1 around Rs 10-12 lakh, E2 around Rs 14-16 lakh, E3 around Rs 18-22 lakh, E5 around Rs 30-36 lakh per annum including all allowances and perks.
In addition, HRRL offers canteen facility, laptop purchase reimbursement on joining (except E0), Group Family Floater Medical Policy for employees and dependents, GTLI, GPAI policy, and retirement benefits as per company policy. Probation: 1 year. Service bond: 3 years (Rs 3,00,000 for General; Rs 50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC-NCL/EWS).
