HPSC Food Safety Officer Age Limit (As on 19/10/2026)

• Minimum Age : 18 Years
• Maximum Age : 42 Years
• Age Relaxation extra admissible for SC, BC-A, BC-B, PwBD, Widows, Divorced women, and Ex-Servicemen as per Haryana Government Rules.

HPSC FSO Vacancy Details & Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agriculture Science, Veterinary Science, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Medicine (MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BUMS / BSMS / BAMS / Sowa Rigpa) from a recognized University.
• Must have Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation (10th) or Hindi as a subject in Higher Education.
• Selected candidates will undergo mandatory training specified by the Food Authority post-appointment.

• Stage 1 : Screening Test (if applicable depending on total applicant pool)
• Stage 2 : Subject Knowledge Test
• Stage 3 : Interview / Viva-Voce
• Stage 4 : Document Verification (DV)
• Stage 5 : Medical Examination

How to Fill HPSC Food Safety Officer Online Application Form 2026

• Visit the official website of HPSC at hpsc.gov.in between 28/09/2026 and 19/10/2026 (till 05:00 PM).
• Complete One Time Registration (OTR) using your active mobile number and generate your Unique Registration Number (URN).
• Log in using your credentials and select Advt. No. 25/2026 (Food Safety Officer Group-B).
• Fill in all required personal, educational qualification, address, and experience details accurately.
• Provide your identity proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / PAN Card) and upload scanned photographs, signature, and educational certificates in the prescribed format.
• Pay the online application fee as applicable according to your category.
• Verify all filled information, print out the completed form, sign it physically, re-upload the signed copy, and click Final Submit.
• Keep a printed copy of the submitted application form for future recruitment processes.
