The Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), Rajasthan has released a fresh recruitment notification on 3 June 2026 for 18 posts of Manager, Secretary Grade-III, Care Taker and Junior Assistant (Typist). BIP is the nodal agency of the Rajasthan Government that brings big industrial investments to the state, and a job here means working right at the heart of Rajasthan’s growth story from its Jaipur headquarters. Selected candidates will draw pay up to Pay Matrix Level-14 after probation — a solid, secure government job in Rajasthan.
Online applications start on 6 June 2026 and close on 5 July 2026 (11:59 PM). If you are a graduate with RSCIT/PGDCA, or an MBA with a few years of work experience, this recruitment is tailor-made for you. In this article, we at GovtJobsAlert.in explain the vacancy breakdown, eligibility, fees, exam pattern and the step-by-step application process. Read till the end so you don’t miss any important detail.
The Bureau of Investment Promotion works under the Industries Department of the Government of Rajasthan from Udyog Bhawan, Jaipur. It facilitates investment proposals, single-window clearances and investor support for the state. This is a rare direct recruitment drive by BIP, so competition will be focused but the opportunity is real.
| Post Name | Vacancies | Pay Level |
|---|---|---|
| Manager | 9 | Level-14 |
| Secretary Grade-III | 5 | Level-11 |
| Care Taker | 1 | Level-8 |
| Junior Assistant (Typist) | 3 | Level-5 |
Reservation follows Rajasthan Government rules — the 18 seats include reserved seats for SC, ST, BC, EWS and General-Women candidates, with 1 post each in Manager, Secretary Grade-III and Junior Assistant (Typist) horizontally reserved for PwBD (Blindness/Low Vision) candidates. Please note: recruitment to Secretary Grade-III is subject to the outcome of writ petitions pending before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, as stated in the notification. Reserved-category benefits apply only to candidates with Rajasthan domicile; candidates from other states apply under the General category.
If you are a graduate looking for government jobs, the last three posts are open to you with the right computer certificate and experience. The required qualification must be completed on or before 5 July 2026.
All posts: 18 to below 40 years as on 5 July 2026.
| Category | Upper Age Relaxation |
|---|---|
| SC / ST / BC / MBC / EWS (Male, Rajasthan) | 5 years |
| General Category Women | 5 years |
| SC / ST / BC / MBC / EWS (Women, Rajasthan) | 10 years |
| PwBD Candidates | 5 years |
There is no upper age limit for widows and divorced women. One interesting condition from the notification — candidates who consume gutkha or smoke are not eligible for appointment, and the more-than-two-children norm of the Rajasthan Government applies.
During the 2-year probation period, selected candidates receive a fixed monthly remuneration as per Rajasthan Government rules.
After successful completion of probation, you move to the regular Rajasthan Pay Matrix of your post — from Level-5 up to Level-14 — with all admissible allowances like DA and HRA.
The long-term value of these posts lies in the regular pay matrix, annual increments, pension benefits under the applicable scheme, and the stability of a Rajasthan Government undertaking.
Selection is based on a written competitive examination (objective type, may be online or offline), followed by a skill test for some posts.
Question papers may be bilingual (Hindi/English). The detailed syllabus is published in the annexures on the BIP website — you can also browse our Syllabus section for preparation guidance.
Keep these ready before you start: a valid email ID and mobile number, scanned photo and signature, left thumb impression, a handwritten declaration in English, and your category/domicile certificates.
Remember — if you are eligible for more than one post, you must apply separately with a separate fee for each post.
